Health Consultants for Child Care (HCCC) is a group of pediatric Registered Nurses who have extensive knowledge of Minnesota Rule 3 requirements. We have 25 years of experience combining our pediatric nursing expertise with DHS licensing requirements to partner with you and provide the comprehensive guidance you need to make your program the best it can be.

Your dedicated consultant team will be there when you have questions in between visits by email or phone, and all our customers have access to our comprehensive Program Policies, Procedures and Program Records for Minnesota Rule 3.  This book contains everything you need to make sure your policies and procudures are following regulations and let you focus on what you do best – caring for children and teaching life skills. We’ve launched the 3rd edition of the A to Z Manual: Templates and Fillable Forms for Child Care Centers.  It is available online and has better content then ever before!

Our infant program will include monthly, on-site visits where we will evaluate your program for health issues such as:
